Living in the South East of France, The Hague, New York, and working with celebrity Chefs his early years in the industry provided him with a variety of valuable experiences. Chef Ron's vigorous practice in the catering industry introduced him to various political and celebrity circles. Chef Ron's love for nature and all things wild brought his attention to Africa, Kenya specifically where he started in 2009 with the debuting of the Brew Bistro and Lounge.
